Cloud Distribution Brings SystemFlip's Continuous Backup and Disaster Recovery to Channel Partners

VAD enables partners to take advantage of real sales opportunity that eliminates complexity of data protection and reduces risk of data loss

Reading, UK, 26 November 2015 Cloud Distribution, the security, networking and storage next-generation value added distributor (VAD), has today announced a distribution agreement with SystemFlip, the backup and disaster recovery specialist, bringing channel partners an innovative solution to a universal data protection challenge.
Many companies have disparate backup and disaster recovery solutions, constructed in silos which they can't integrate. As a result, businesses overspend on individual components that are costly to manage and don't offer the protection the company has paid for and needs. SystemFlip eliminates the complexity of data protection in the enterprise with automated, fully featured backup and disaster recovery, both onsite and offsite, in a single product.
“Many organisations have invested heavily in backup and disaster recovery solutions, believing they are protected from data loss, but have little idea if their infrastructure and processes actually work or not. SystemFlip eliminates that uncertainty,” said Bruce Hockin, Director of Storage Solutions, Cloud Distribution. “SystemFlip offers partners a significant business opportunity to challenge the effectiveness of customers’ and prospects’ existing solutions. It's an attractive proposition that we'll help and support partners take full advantage of.”
Cloud Distribution is SystemFlip's first distributor in the UK and will help to expand the company's presence by creating new sales opportunities and attracting new partners. Cloud Distribution plans to recruit up to six specialist storage and virtualisation partners and demonstrate how SystemFlip can form the core of an enhanced data protection offering.  The distributor will provide its unique virtual marketing services to partners that enable immediate go to market, a qualified pipeline and sales generation.
"Until now effective backup and disaster recovery has required system integration and significant professional services to fail over and recover back from serious IT issues. SystemFlip handles all of the offsite disaster recovery and the 24-hour support that demands. SystemFlip’s multi-year data storage solves system recovery issues that are commonplace with legacy products,” commented Simon Ponsford, Managing Director, SystemFlip. “We are thrilled to be working with Cloud Distribution who have a similar market disrupting ethos as ourselves. With an impressive history of successfully taking innovative technology to market and the support and services they offer to partners, Cloud Distribution can take us forward in the storage market.”
